Men over 40 are at a high risk of cardiovascular disease. However, if men want to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease or Chinese wind, they might as well be better for their wives, because research has found that men with a happy marriage, whether they have blood pressure or cholesterol values, are healthier. The research was published in the "British Journal of Epidemic Studies and Community Health"

Marriage quality is closely related to health

Bristol University and Grace University were tested with 620 British men, requiring them to rate marital quality separately when their children are at the age of 3 and 9, which can be classified as always good, always poor, continuous improvement or continuous viciousness; then 12 years later, researchers evaluated the health status of these men tested, including blood pressure, heart rate during rest, weight, blood sterol and blood sugar, and other risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.

Analysis found that men who evaluated their marriages to continue to improve had better calcium and healthy weight after years of testing; on the contrary, men who described their marriages to be bad were the most severely vasodilating and underdeveloped, while men who evaluated their marriages to maintain good health had almost no changes in their health status and research experiments.

Married people have a 16% survival rate after heart disease than unmarried people

This is incompatible with another study targeting nearly one million British adults, and these subjects have problems such as hypertension, citric sterol or diabetes. Research has found that married people have a 16% chance of surviving after heart disease than single people.
