At the age of 70, even the liver that can resist the most will gradually degenerate, but if you take good care of yourself, don’t smoke or drink, and avoid hepatitis, the liver will likely be old with you.
Chen Youda reminded that if you can deploy ahead of time, for example, you will have a bone foundation when you are young, and it will definitely be effective and beneficial to the seven and eight old people. In addition, you should treat your organs well. For example, those who do not smoke at a young age will definitely not suffer from obstructive pulmonary disease that makes people breathless.
