It is worth noting that these extra calories will not let you eat them. Compared to drinking 100 calories of olive oil, experts recommend directly consuming 100 calories of whole food fat, such as avocado or fermented soy sauce. These two foods provide healthy fats in addition to fiber and other nutrients.

Another potential drawback to drinking olive oil is that olive oil may "slim the kidneys", especially for people with sensitive stomachs, drinking can cause loose stools and other unpleasant digestive symptoms.

Therefore, experts suggest that instead of drinking olive oil directly, disperse the intake during the day and use it to replace fat and fatty fats and oils with higher content, while ensuring that it does not increase the total daily calories.
