"2025 Taiwan Innovation Technology Expo (TIE) Future Science and Technology Museum" attracted 11,000 people in three days. The Future Science and Technology Award, IC Taiwan Grand Challenge, and AI Innovation Award demonstrated scientific research strength. Wu Chengwen, chairman of the National Science and Technology Commission, said that AI innovative applications are an important engine for promoting cross-domain cooperation and industrial upgrading.

The "2025 Future Technology Award" attracted more than 500 technology applications, and 83 breakthrough achievements were finally selected, covering six major fields: new biotechnology drugs and medical materials, advanced materials, net-zero technology, semiconductors and optoelectronic communications, artificial intelligence, and humanities technology. It attracted Pegatron, Delta Electronics, Inventec, Fubon Gold, Chunghwa Telecom, Advantech, Compal Computer, Micron, and Formosa Plastics to come and match.

The first "AI Innovation Award" jointly organized by the National Science Council and Compal Computer focused on AI-driven application scenarios and solutions. The winning teams demonstrated how AI is implemented in fields such as medical care, smart manufacturing and education. Enterprises such as Jingcheng Technology, Wistron Medical Technology, Chunghwa Telecom, Wisdom Technology, and AUO participated.

IC Taiwan Grand Challenge technologies cover AI chips, semiconductor processes, and low-power computing. Teams from major R&D centers in Europe, the United States, and Asia have demonstrated breakthroughs in high-efficiency computing, advanced packaging, and green energy saving. These international innovations have come to Taiwan for exhibitions and exclusive exchange itineraries to demonstrate Taiwan's strategic position as a center for the transformation of global scientific research results and a gathering center for international innovation teams.

As a bellwether for global technology trends, the "Future Science and Technology Museum" displays more than 200 forward-looking technologies, planning six major technology areas such as intelligent robots, AI applications and industry-university cooperation, quantum technology, sports technology, Crystal Innovation Taiwan Solutions, and Future Technology Awards, presenting the latest research and development highlights in multiple fields.
