According to Hong Kong and Chinese media reports, Baidu released a new generation of Kunlun core at the "Baidu World 2025 Conference" on the 13th, including the Kunlun core M100, which will be launched in 2026; the Kunlun core M300, which is expected to be launched in early 2027.
Kunlun Core M100 is optimized for large-scale inference scenarios, focusing on "ultimate cost performance"; Kunlun Core M300 is designed for the training and inference needs of ultra-large-scale multi-modal models, focusing on "ultimate performance"
In addition, Baidu released Tianchi 256 super node, which supports up to 256 cards for extremely fast interconnection. The total bandwidth of interconnection between cards is increased by 4 times. The throughput of single card tokens for mainstream large model inference tasks is increased by 3.5 times. It will be launched next year. Baidu also released Tianchi 512 super node, which supports up to 512 cards for extremely fast interconnection. The total bandwidth of interconnection between cards is doubled. A single node can complete trillion-level parameter model training and will be launched in the second half of next year. Super nodes are key technical components in P2P network architecture and mainly exist in semi-distributed or hybrid network models.
Baidu also announced the Kunlun Core roadmap for the next five years. Baidu Tianchi kilo-card super nodes are expected to be launched in 2028; Kunlun Core N series is expected to be launched in 2029; Baidu Baige million-ka Kunlun Core single cluster is expected to be lit in 2030.
