Semiconductor and optoelectronic key materials company Chongyue Technology announced its financial report for the third quarter of 2025. Consolidated revenue reached NT$17.54 billion, an increase of 3.2% from the second quarter and an increase of 14.1% from the same period in 2024, setting a new historical high. Driven by the bullish news, the stock price of Taiwan stocks once reached a historical high of 349.5 yuan per share on the 31st, and the increase was close to the daily limit.
Chongyue Technology's operating profit in the third quarter was 1.22 billion yuan, an increase of 20.2% from the second quarter and an increase of 10.4% from the same period in 2024; the parent company's owner's net profit reached 1.1 billion yuan, an increase of 17.8% from the same period in 2024, and EPS reached 5.75 yuan, a record high for a single quarter in the past, showing solid profit momentum.
Cumulatively, consolidated revenue in the first three quarters of 2025 reached 50.28 billion yuan, an increase of 22.4% compared with the same period in 2024, operating profit was 3.38 billion yuan, and pre-tax net profit was 3.92 billion yuan, an increase of 13.2% and 10.1% respectively compared with the same period in 2024. The parent company's owner's net profit was 2.96 billion yuan, which was also an increase of 8.2% compared with the same period in 2024. EPS in the first three quarters of 2025 will reach 15.45 yuan, which is an outstanding performance.
Chongyue Technology stated that thanks to the continued rise in demand for advanced processes and packaging driven by AI applications, the company's supply of key materials such as photoresist, silicon wafers, quartz and wafer carriers has performed stably, and it has actively expanded its back-end packaging product lines to strengthen market depth and overall service capabilities.
Chongyue Technology continues to promote its international strategic layout. In addition to deeply exploring the Taiwan market, it has established bases in Arizona and Texas in the United States to provide semiconductor manufacturing customers with real-time local service and technical support. It is expected to add a third operating base in Boise, Idaho next year to serve international memory customers. At the same time, Chongyue is also actively exploring the Southeast Asian and Japanese markets, combining green energy and environmental protection engineering services to create a global semiconductor supply chain integration platform and continue to strengthen international competitiveness.
