According to Sky Sports, Manchester City asked for more transfer fees for Savigno.
Tottenham Hotspur has engaged in contact with Manchester City on the introduction of Savignho, and negotiations are currently underway between the two clubs.
According to multiple reports, the transfer fee discussed by both parties is about £43 million, or about €50 million.
But according to Sky Sports, if Manchester City wants to seriously consider selling Savignho, Tottenham's offer needs to be higher.
Manchester City does not want to sell the 21-year-old, and Savignho only transferred to Manchester City from his sister club Troyes last summer.
