Preparation tools: barbed wire mesh, that is, iron screen windows. It is best to choose black iron screen windows, which will not easily rust. Pliers, copper wire or iron wire, scissors, a cutting wire mesh, a chopstick, and an abandoned beverage bottle.
【1】First, use a knife to cut the square head of the chopsticks into a flat shape. Cut the iron screen into a square about 10 cm wide. There are some considerations on the cut. Be sure to cut the pattern of the window screen diagonally and cut along the diagonal line of an iron wire. That is, the diagonal line of this square is an iron wire. You can cut a few more at a time to spare.
【2】Next, take a wooden board with clear edges and corners, or press it directly on the edge of the table, fold the diagonal line of the square in half, and make a print. The diagonal line should be firmly picked up, always be careful not to tie your hands, and fold the other side in half, pinch the four sides tightly, leaving a certain gap, and then, cut open 3 iron wires at the vertex of the cross line and pinch the front end tightly. Adjust it, pinch the wire on the cut tip, then cut it off with scissors, pinch the folded lower half, and press it while pinching, adjusting and compressing it, and finally form a conical body. Adjust the appropriate height according to the size of the bottle mouth, at about 50 mm, a similar film box can be used as a standard and fold the four sides. Just fold it as high as it is. Put the prepared conical body upside down into the mouth of the bottle, use something similar to a gyro, tighten the wire mesh, and then press the excess wire on the mouth of the bottle, then take it out, and use scissors to cut off the excess wire, leaving a side about 1 cm wide.
【3】Generally, the inner circumference of the bottle cap of the beverage bottle on our market has 3 dimensions, 108 mm, 84 mm, and 75 mm. Today we use a 108 mm bottle cap to make it. Use a ruler to measure the length of the copper wire, cut it off with pliers, press it into a ring on the mouth of the bottle. Finally, use pliers to adjust it and connect the two ends of the copper wire without being too tight. Put the ring on the conical body, press the ring with the flat head of the chopsticks you just cut, and wrap the excess iron wire edges on the copper ring. Be careful when pressing and don't get the piercing.
【4】Use a knife to dig a hole in the inside of the bottle cap, leaving a little edge, as long as it can press the edge of the cone body. Without such a knife, you can also use a screwdriver instead. Then, first find the opening of the ring, put the opening into the bottle cap, then use the flat head of the chopstick to fix the cone in the bottle cap, and then use the round end of the chopstick to adjust the size of the small hole. We put the remaining broken bones into the bottle as bait, and finally, screw the bottle cap on and a cockroach is ready.
【5】When putting it, put a bracket behind so that the bottle mouth touches the ground, so that the cockroaches can crawl in. If there is no bracket, it can be replaced by other things and place it in a place where cockroaches often appear. In this way, the cockroach smells like it, and it will crawl into the bottle, and as long as it crawls in, it will not crawl out.
