According to Brazilian media reports, Luis invited his mistress Carol Cavakant to conduct a three-person event with one of her friends, but was rejected. After the news came out, Cavakant received a text from Louis: "I can let you disappear directly, I know where you are now. And this matter will never involve me, so you'd better delete it." After Cavakant provided relevant evidence to the court, the Ciala State Court quickly issued a ban on approaching order within 24 hours, forbidding David Louis from approaching the woman.
