Post: Villa and Feyenoord fans fight before the game, five Rotterdam locals arrested

The Daily Mail reported that before the Europa League match in the early morning, Feyenoord and Villa fans broke out in a conflict.

In this game, about 3,000 Villa fans went to the Netherlands with the team. Before the game, a discord broke out outside the court, and a fight broke out between the fans of the two teams. According to Dutch media reports, the incident outside an Irish bar has resulted in the arrest of five local personnel.

Videos circulated on Twitter showed people in black rushing into an area, and the glass was smashed in the background. In another video, the publisher said: "My son and I were looking for a bar at the time. When we walked to this bar, we felt the atmosphere was tense and we didn't go in. Then a conflict broke out. This was a video taken by my son." In this video, a crowd in black gathered on a large scale, seemingly intending to fight, but eventually dispersed due to the presence of the police.

In addition to the above video reports, Dutch media added that fireworks were set off in front of the hotel where Villa players stayed on Wednesday night in an attempt to interfere with the players' rest.
