The breed of the Divine Dog Xiaoqi is actually a Labrador, also known as a retriever. It is a medium-to-large dog breed that is very suitable for being selected as a guide dog that often visits public places, or as a subway police dog, search and rescue dog, and other working dog breed. It is named after its origin in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Along with Siberian Husky and Golden Retriever, it ranks among the three most non-aggressive dogs.
Labrador’s IQ ranks sixth among dogs in the world. Personality is loyal, generous, honest, gentle, sunny, cheerful, lively, extremely intelligent, and very friendly to people. Labrador retrievers come in four colors: black, yellow, chocolate, and off-white. The most common are black and yellow. Labrador is currently the most registered breed in the American Kennel Club. It is especially friendly to children and slightly clingy to dog owners.
The head is fresh and clear, and the broad top of the head makes the head look quite big. The ears hang moderately on the sides of the head, slightly set back. The eyes are of medium size, mostly brown, yellow or black in color, and have a very considerate expression. The neck is of medium length and not too prominent. The ribs are well sprung and the shoulders are long and slightly sloping. Chest thick and of good width and depth. The front feet are straight from the shoulders down to the ground, and the toes are well arched. The hind ankles are moderately bent, and the limbs are of moderate length, in a balanced manner with all parts of the body.
